How do you define “non-toxic” cleaning products?

To us, non-toxic means safe for your home, your family, your pets, and the planet. We prioritize natural, pure ingredients whenever possible — think vinegar, baking soda, and essential oils. When we need something stronger, we turn to the Environmental Working Group (EWG) database and only use products graded with an “A” score or higher for health and environmental safety. If it doesn’t pass our test, it doesn’t come through your door.

Can you use my cleaning products?

Absolutely. If you have specific products you love (or ones you want us to avoid), just let us know when we chat. We're happy to use your preferred cleaners as long as they're safe for our team. Your home, your preferences — we’re here to work with you.

Is The Scrub Club a subscription?

Not quite. While we offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly visits, you don’t need to be locked into a contract or subscription to work with us. That said, we’ve found that consistency is the key to a home that feels manageable and peaceful — and that’s what we’re here to help create. We'll work with whatever cadence fits your family’s rhythm.
